Excellent breakfast selection with a wide variety.

The studio I stayed in lacked sufficient natural light, resulting in a gloomy atmosphere. The absence of a proper window, which hindered my ability to relax . The location was convenient but did not offer appealing views, disappointing for a traveler seeking a picturesque experience.

Nice bathroom in the clean room. Very kind staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Brilliant location, within walking distance of everywhere. Very easy to get from Villafranca airport, just 15 km.

i will definitely go back there again, it's an incredibly beautiful hotel.

This is our second stay at La Residenza Verona House. The location is excellent for the Arena, shops and the railway station. Lots of cafes locally and also a couple of supermarkets in easy walking distance, which is important if you're self-catering, as we were.The kitchen is small but well supplied with everything you could realistically need. The washing machine was very useful, as we were there for 3 weeks. The staff are really nice and very helpful. It's kept very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets in case it got cold. Lots of storage space.

The room we got this year was not as nice as last year, when I gave a 10 on my score. The bedroom was fine, but the living room was tiny with furniture that seemed to have been built for children! I had to ask for a comfortable armchair to sit in, as the ones we had were so low, I had trouble getting up from them. Guiseppe very kindly carried the one from the lobby up to the room. Also, the table and chairs didn't match in height, which made dining a bit uncomfortable.

The position only 3 mins from the roman arena, the facilities kitchen dining space free to come and go , no rstrictions, perfect .would recommend to anyone travelling to verona

The room descriptions don't match the reality!!! A flimsy sofa bed left one guest unsatisfied. Inconsistent air conditioning and lingering odd smells also disrupted our stay. The kitchen seating was woefully inadequate for families!!!

Very near to Arena, staff very friendly, excellent location for those who need relaxation after busy business schedule of the whole day..

Intercom was not working, so was difficult to ask anything at reception .. Air-condition was also making noise...

Dude, those apartments are close to everything, only a 5-min walk to the supermarket 👌 The vibes are cool, with nice decor and a little kitchen to make brekkie. Plus, the staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Loved the colourful lights in the bathroom too!

Just a heads up, the air con had this weird perfume smell, so I had to switch it off sometimes. Not a big deal though!

Positive, The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Arena and the castle. Super nice team with recommendations and even provided extra water for our trip. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Breakfast options were great with fantastic coffee nearby 😊

Great hotel experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Piazza Bra and the castle. I loved the spacious family room, which accommodated all of us comfortably with a cozy pull-out bed for the kids. The kitchenette was handy for quick breakfasts. Breakfast options were excellent, including delicious hot items like bacon and scrambled eggs. Fresh fruits. The rooftop terrace was nice. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy at times. Parking can be tricky, but with some public options nearby, it was manageable. This place exceeded my expectations. I would happily return.
